I also find needing incredibly therapeutic so sometimes I just make a yeasted dough to be able to knead for a bit. I like to use them in raw desserts, energy bites, sprinkle over smoothies and porridges or to have in granola.

Chocolate — Do I even need to explain myself? Cocoa Powder — A staple to make all things taste nice and chocolaty.
